On Entropy Measures and Eccentricity-Based Descriptors of Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) Dendrimers

Topological indices (TIs) assign a numeric value to graph or molecular structure. Due their ability predict the physiochemical properties of graph, several TIs have been introduced and studied, mainly based on degree distance. For vertex v , maximum distance id="M2">v from any other in id="M3">G is called eccentricity id="M4">v which denoted by id="M5">σv id="M6">G . The vertices gained special attention among distance-based degree-distance TIs. An important TI class eccentricity-dependent an eccentricity-entropy index. Furthermore, such as eccentric-connectivity index, total-eccentricity first Zagreb index also extensively studied. On hand, dendrimers came out unique polymeric macromolecules because branched three-dimensional architectural characteristics. This structure design prepares for various dendrimers, including monodispersity, multivalency, uniform size, globular shape, water solubility with hydrophobic internal cavities, high branching. These make them attractive candidates different applications. PAMAM (polyamidoamine) are promising polymers that can be successfully used biomedical having structures primary amine end group porphyrin core studied through graph-theoretic parameters. paper studies these two types In particular, we establish formulae entropy dendrimers.
